Season’s Greetings (Coming Home / Trimming the Town Suite)

by Kylie

Hi everyone, are you ready for Christmas? I’m wasn’t but with the launch of the new August to December 2020 Mini Catalogue this past week I’ve been inspired to CASE (Copy And Share Everything) the catalogue as the examples are SO fantastic.  My favourite suite from the new catalogue (today, haha, because let’s be real that changes on a daily basis) is the Trimming the Town suite.  Whilst it is perfect for Christmas cards, you could also use it to welcome someone into their new home, or just create a cute scene.  The scene builder dies are also great to use with other new sets such as Warm & Toasty, Freezin’ Fun or Menagerie Mix-Up.

The card I am CASE-ing today is from page 24 of the new catalogue.  The original card was created in portrait however I decided to flip it to landscape.  I added a couple of extra trees to fill in some of the space.  To add the sentiment, I cut out one of the greetings from one of the designs in the coordinating Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper.  It adds a different look.  Just be aware when purchasing this set that there are no sentiments in the Coming Home stamp set.  You can add greetings like I have done here or look at other stamp sets for coordinating sentiments.

Here’s my card

So, are you a little more into the Christmas spirit?  I confess I think I might be now. Just a little anyway.  And if you are, you can get a headstart on all your Christmas cards and decor now as these products are available in my online store now.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Hope you have a great day!

Happy Stamping, Kylie
