Hi everyone, today I am sharing a simple card created with the Bloom & Grow, Breathtaking Bouquet and Sending You Thoughts stamp sets. Whilst the Bloom & Grow stamp set does have some lovely sentiments in addition to the gorgeous floral image, I wanted a simple “Happy Birthday” which is why I reached for the Sending You Thoughts stamp set. I recently decided I was going to send birthday cards to everyone in the Stampers Anonymous team so I need to make quite a few birthday cards. I created my own background paper by using Versamark, and the Breathtaking Bouquet stamp set. You could also use an ink the same colour as your cardstock however I find the Versamark gives a softer appearance.
Here’s the card…
Despite the fact I used three different stamp sets, it was actually a really simple card to create. The design is also really simple and one you could change up a bit. You could have the blue section at the bottom and the sentiment at the top. Or you could have the blue section on the side and the white bit with the sentiment on the right side and have the card open this way. Such a versatile design. I hope you will give it a try!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a great day!
