Make a birthday card with NEW products (Happiness Abounds)

by Kylie

Hi everyone, today’s card features new products from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalogue. The catalogue will go live on 3 May 2022 so there’s not too much longer to wait. I’m still loving the new Hues of Happiness suite so today’s card is made from this fabulous suite. The suite is made up of the Happiness Abounds stamp set, the Blossoming Happiness dies (also available as a bundle), the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper and the Glossy Dots Assortment pack.

To create the card, I made a card base from Thick Basic White cardstock. I then cut a panel of Basic White cardstock to the size I wanted and die-cut a fun background with a die from the Blossoming Happiness die set. As I layered on top some beautiful flowers, die-cut from the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper, you cannot see much of that die cut background but it does look super pretty. I added some Wink of Stella to the flowers to give them that nice sparkle.

The sentiment, from the Happiness Abounds stamp set, was stamped in Polished Pink ink. I popped the sentiment up with Stampin’ Dimensionals and added a Baker’s Twine bow which I had dyed with the same Polished Pink ink. The final touch was to add some pearls.

Here’s the card…

Are you loving the new Hues of Happiness Suite as much as I am? I’m already sure I’m going to need to get another pack, or two, of the gorgeous Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper!

All of the new supplies featured in today’s cards will be available in my online store from 3 May 2022. Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a great day!
