Hi everyone, last night we officially kicked off the OnStage@Home event hosted by Stampin’ Up! OnStage typically occurs twice a year in November and April and they are SO much fun! They are an opportunity for Demonstrators to come together to swap ideas, both creative and business ideas. Stampin’ Up! uses this event honour achievers, as well as launch new catalogues, and inspire and educate us on the happenings within the business. Have I said how much fun they are?! They are hosted at different locations around the country, indeed the world, but due to the pandemic things couldn’t proceed as normal. Instead, the event turned into OnStage@Home so we could still come together but in a safe environment.
One of the fun parts (and there are sooo many fun parts) of any OnStage event is that Demonstrators make cards to share with each other. I usually make about 50 cards but I know some Demonstrators make hundreds. It is so fun to swap cards with others as you meet more people, you might learn new techniques, and you get heaps of new ideas. It’s amazing the number of times I haven’t really noticed a stamp set and then I’ve received a swap card and I’m all….I now *need* this set!
Anyway, despite not being able to attend in person, some of the members from the Stampers Anonymous team decided we would still swap our cards. I’m sharing the card I’ve made to swap.
I’ve used the Forever Blossoms and Many Mates stamp sets. The flower panel is coloured with Stampin’ Blends and finished with a coat of Wink of Stella. The ribbon is the Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon which can be a little stretchy so watch for this when you are tying your bow.
Here’s the card…
This is very much a “Kylie” card. I do hope everyone likes it. It is surprisingly simple to create. Stamp, colour and put it all together. We’ve got a full day on the OnStage agenda so I’m off to enjoy it.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a great day!
Listed below are the supplies used to create the above project. If the stamp set, die set, etc, also comes a part of a bundle or suite, I link to all so that you have choices. I also link refills and basic supplies like adhesives which correspond with items used to make my projects. These links take you to my online store.
