Thank You (Petal Passion Suite)

Thank You Card - Petal Passion Memories & More

Hi, the Petal Passion suite from the upcoming Occasions catalogue release (January 3, 2018, for customers and December 1, 2017 for Demonstrators) is one of my favourites.  Whilst it is quite dark with big black lines, it is also quite striking! I had to buy the whole suite, including the Memories & More pack (145592). Whilst I scrapbook, I don’t tend to do the pocket page style of scrapbooking. I do, however, LOVE the cards designed for this style of scrapbooking.  Why?  Because the Memories & More cards are perfect, not only for scrapbooking and journaling but also for cardmaking.

Take this Memories & More card here…

Isn’t it pretty? I thought it would look even better on a card with a bit of colour. I grabbed the new Stampin’ Blends and coloured the image (using the existing shading as a guide as to where to place my colours). I stamped a sentiment I liked from the new Petal Palette stamp set (coming soon). I added the card to a black cardstock base then finished it off with some Wink of Stella in Clear and added some rhinestone bling. Voila!  Quick, easy and pretty!

Here’s the finished card…

I’m sorry the photograph doesn’t do it justice. It is so pretty in real life!

What do you get in the Petal Passion Memories & More Card Pack?  Each pack includes 72 total double-sided cards – 52 7.6 x 10.2cm cards (2 each of 26 designs); 20 10.2 x 15.2cm cards (2 each of 10 designs); 2 accent sheets; 2 cardstock sticker sheets; 2 acetate card overlays with white print.

That’s a lot of cards for scrapbooking, journaling and cardmaking!

I hope this helps inspire you to dig into your Memories & More cards and use them in a different way.

Have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by!
