Create two gorgeous cards using the Tailored Tag Punch (Poinsettia Petals)

by Kylie

Hi everyone, creating beautiful backgrounds with the Tailored Tag punch has been one of my favourite things to do this month.  I’ve been punching up a storm!  I love this technique and I love that every card does look different despite being essentially the same.  If you are a paper hoarder you HAVE to give this technique a go as you cannot mess it up!

I’m sharing two cards today which members of my newsletter list have already seen as I shared them in my mid-month newsletter.  What I love about these cards is that they use paper from the same paper pack – the Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper pack – but due to the different colour of cardstock base and embellishments they end up having such a different feel about them.

Here’s the first card

Here’s the second card

I think my favourite of the above cards is the second one.  I love that more earthy colour palette.  Which do you prefer?

If you need a little more information about this technique, I do have a process video you can see.  Rest assured, it is SO simple!  You are going to love it!
