Statement from Stampin’ Up!®…
In an effort to go paperless, our distribution centre no longer includes a printed packing list in your orders. They have started sending delivery updates via email, which include a digital packing list for reference. These updates are sent to the email address attached to the order, so please provide an accurate email address when ordering. You may receive the following updates:
Your order has been received
Your order has been dispatched; here is your packing slip (includes a tracking link)
Your order has been processed at a facility (includes a tracking link)
Your order is on board for delivery with the transport provider (includes a tracking link)
Your order has been delivered
