Let’s make a birthday card with the Counting Sheep stamp set

by Kylie

Hi, the Counting Sheep stamp set and the coordinating Sheep die set are two of my favourite products in the Sale-A-Bration promotion. I’ve had so much fun making cute cards with the sheep. Creating scenes would have to be one of my favourite things to do and that’s what I am sharing with you today.

The card is actually really simple despite having quite a few components. Thankfully the Sheep dies make that side of things easy! So start off by stamping your sheep and the party hats, then colour them in with Stampin’ Blends. Die cut the sheep, and any additional elements with the Sheep die cuts. I also used the Layering Circles dies to cut out a circle. The paper I used for the background (Pattern Party Host Designer Series Paper) is quite busy so I wanted the circle to break it up a little.

The card base was made from Misty Moonlight cardstock. I also stamped and white embossed the sentiment on Misty Moonlight cardstock.

Once all the elements were die cut, it was simply a matter of adhering everything in place. I popped up the jumping sheep and the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Everything else was adhered with Seal.

The final touch was to add some Wink of Stella to the sheep, party hats and balloons.

Here’s the card…

I totally love the Counting Sheep stamp set. If you too love this stamp set then don’t delay! The Counting Sheep stamp set and the Sheep dies can only be obtained for FREE with a qualifying order during Sale-A-Bration. Sale-A-Bration ends 30 September 2021.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Hope you have a great day!
